The Planning Commission's schedule is to meet at another property, beginning at 8:00 AM on that day, and then proceed to 23 Portuguese Bend Road. Therefore, do not expect the Commission at this address before 8:15 AM, unless due to unforeseen circumstances the field trip to the other property is cancelled or delayed. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on November 18, 2003, at which time the Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commission and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing, described below. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the 11 / 18 / 03 Planning Commission meeting on subject application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
