PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY ,GIVEN, that the Planning
Commission of the City of Rolling Hills will hold a Public
Hearing at 6:30 PM on July 19, 2005, at the City Hall
Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend Road,
Rolling Hills, CA for the purpose of receiving public input
regarding the following:
, ZONING CASE NO. 707
Mr. and Mrs. Philip Cho, 25 Portuguese Bend Road,
(Lots 89-A-RH and .89-C-RH). Lot line Adjustment
between two parcels of land at 25 Portuguese Bend
Road and a vacant parcel north thereof, which are under
the same ownership, having Assessors Parcel Numbers
(APN) as follows: 7569-12-22 and 7569-12-01. AND
ZONING CASE NO. 708
Mr. and Mrs. Philip Cho, 25 Portuguese Bend Road, (Lot
89-A-RH). Site Plan Review for grading and construction
of an addition to an existing single family residence, a
sports court and a guest house; Conditional Use Permits
to construct a sports court and a guest house and a
Variance to locate the sports court in the front yard area
at an existing single family residence.
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE:
Chapter 16.44 - Lot Line Adjustment, Chapter 17.46 -
Site Plan Review, Chapter 17.38 - Variances and _
Chapter 17.42- Conditional Use Permits.
The above projects have been determined to be cate-
gorically exempt pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Any person is welcome to review the subject applications
and plans prior to the public hearing at the City Hall
Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend
Road, Rolling Hills. We welcome your input. You may
provide your comments in writing to the Planning
Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting
and address the Planning Commission on these projects.
If you challenge the approval or denial of these permit
applications in court, you may be limited to raising only
those issues you or someone else raised at the public
hearing described in this notice, or in written correspon-
dence delivered to the. Planning Commission at, or prior
to, the public hearing..
