Belanger, City Manager SUBJECT: Zoning Case No. 327 - Conditional Use Permit for Tennis Court (Caesar) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that Zoning Case No. 327 be continued to the City Council Meeting of September 22, 1986. BACKGROUND: The City Council set for Public Hearing Zoning Case No. 327, a Conditional Use Permit application for a tennis court at 2 Pheasant Lane. The applicant in the matter is Dr. Hugo Caesar.
