At the present time, the City Council considers it prudent to hold, in abeyance, the consideration of CUP applications for tennis courts; until, the matter of the extension of the moratorium .can .be.heard and discussed. Therefore, the Public Hearing on Zoning Case No. 327 has been continued to September 22, 1986 at 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, #2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California. On Monday, September 8, 1986, the City Council will be considering the matter of extending the Urgency Ordinance an additional 10 months and 15 days. At that Public Hearing, testimony will be taken by residents of the community and other interested parties on the issue of the Tennis Court Moratorium, both pro and con. You may wish to plan to attend so that you might be able to express your views, regarding your particular situation. Sincerely, Terrence L.
