PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC
HEARING at a FIELD VISIT on June 15, 2010 at approximately 9:00 a.m., at 2900
Palos Verdes Drive North, Rolling Hills, CA for the purpose of receiving public
input regarding the following:
ZONING CASE NO. 784. Request for a Site Plan Review for grading to
remediate and repair slope failure at an existing single family residence at 2900
Palos Verdes Drive North, (Lot 993-4-RH), Rolling Hills Ca, (Carley). Three other
adjacent properties are affected by this slope failure. Project has been determined
to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act, (CEQA).
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.46 — Site Plan
Review.
The Planning Commission schedule is to visit three other properties starting at
7:30 a.m. on June 15, therefore the exact time of the field visit to subject property
cannot be established.
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the
public hearing/field trip at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may
provide your comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the
meeting or come to the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this
project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to
the Planning Commission at, or prior to the public hearing.
The Planning Commission may continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their
regular meeting, scheduled to be held on the evening of the field triv, Tuesday, Tune 15,
2010, beginning at 6:30 v.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
