Hills will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA for the
purpose of receiving public input regarding the following:
ZONING CASE NO. 794. Consideration of and possible action to adopt a
Resolution of Approval in Zoning Case No. 794, 2960 Palos Verdes Drive North,
(Lot 1-B-RH). Request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to retain an "as built"
guest house and Variances to retain the guest house and a solid roof detached
porch in the front yard area of the lot and to set aside an area for a future stable
and corral in the front yard area of the lot, (Starinieri). The project has been
determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA).
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.42. -
Conditional Use Permits, and Chapter 17.38-Variances.
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the
public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, and CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your
comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the
meeting and address the Planning Commission on this project. The Planning
Commission held a field trip in this matter on October 19, 2010.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to
the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

proceed to this site. Therefore, the exact time of this hearing cannot be established.

public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend
Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in
