At the present time, the Commission is in no position to render a decision because of the Urgency Ordinance, and therefore, the public hearing on Zoning Case No. 331 has been continued to the next regular meeting. of the Planning Commission, on Tuesday, September 16, 1986, at 7:30 p.m., in the City. Council Chambers, #2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California. On Monday, September 8, 1986, the City Council will be considering the matter of letting. the Urgency Ordinance lapse or extending it an additional 10.months, 15 days. At that Public Hearing, public testimony will be taken by residents or the community on the issue of. the Tennis Court Moratorium, both pro and con. It is suggested that you plan to attend so that you might be able to express your feelings regarding your particular situation. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
