NOTICE OF A FIELD TRIP
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
The Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills will conduct a field
inspection to view a silhouette of a proposed project at shortly after 5:00 PM,
MARCH 11, 2002 regarding:
ZONING CASE NO. 646. Site Plan Review request to construct a new single
family residence to replace an existing residence at 56 Eastfield Drive, Rolling
Hills, CA, (Dr. and Mrs. Coser).
A public hearing on subject zoning case was held by the Planning Commission
on February 26, 2002 at which time the Commission heard a detailed
presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the
Commission and interested parties with the topography, size and placement of
the proposed project, and to view the silhouette (outline) of the proposed
structure. Although plans will be available at the site, detailed review of the
project is not anticipated. However, the Planning Commission will not make a
decision on this case during the field trip.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. However, due to time constraints
during the field visit, as the Commission must view this and other project(s),
extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning
Commission public hearing, described below. You are urged to review the
application, plans and minutes of the previous Planning Commission meeting on
subject application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent documents
are available at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
The Planning Commission will hold an additional public hearing regarding
Zoning Case No. 646 on Tuesday, March 19, 2002 at 7:30 PM., at City Hall, at
which time the Commission may direct staff to prepare a Resolution of approval
or denial of this case. Please reserve this date, as no other notices pertaining to
this case will be forthcoming.
