THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS,
CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the City of
Rolling Hills will hold a Public Hearing on MONDAY, June 14, 2010, at
approximately 8:15 a.m. at the property located at 67 Eastfield Drive for the
purpose of receiving public input regarding the following:
ZONING CASE NO. 785. Request for a Variance to locate a set aside area
for a future stable and corral in the front yard area of the lot at an existing
single family residence at 67 Eastfield Drive (Lot 20-EF), (Brandmeyer).
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.38 — Variances
The project has been determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the
public hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your
comments in writing to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or attend
the meeting and address the Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the
public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to
the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Planning Commission may continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their
regular meeting, scheduled to be held on the evening of the field triv, Tuesday, Tune 15,
2010, beginning at 6:30 v.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
