In order that two mature trees on the property remain
it was necessary to begin the grading at a higher elevation than
proposed on the approved plan, This resulted in Tess grading
than allowed, but had the effect of moving the top of the slope
inward, or, closer to the house, A "infinity pool" was then designed
to allow the same deck space that was previously approved,
The size of the pool remains approximately the same and
its location is moved forward to meet the top of the new slope.

matter as well, but would appreciate if you could stay on top of this case.
