Request for a Site Plan Review and a Conditional Use Permit for grading and construction of a regulation dressage arena and a lunging ring and request for a Variance to locate the arena and an existing gazebo in the front yard area of the lot at 1 Middleridge Lane South, (Lot 167- UR), Rolling Hills, CA, (Popovich). The project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15303(e) (accessory structures) and Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense Exemption) of the CEQA Guidelines. The Planning Commission's schedule is to visit two other properties beginning at 7:30 am, and therefore the exact time of the visit cannot be specified. APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Site Plan Review - Chapter 17.46, Conditional Use Permit -Chapter 17.42, and Variance - Chapter 17.38.
