Describe in detail the project's conformance to the below. criteria: A. Is the project compatible with the General Plan, the zoning ordinance and surrounding uses? Explain how it compares to sizes, set -backs and other characteristics of neighboring houses. The proposed court complies with the general plan requirement. It conforms with the zoning code setback and lot coverage requirements. There are numerous courts in the surrounding neighborhood. B. Does the project preserve and integrate into the site design, to the maximum extent feasible, existing natural topographic features of the lot including surrounding native vegetation, mature trees, drainage courses, and land forms (such as hillsides and knolls)? Explain how the project preserves and integrates existing natural features. The proposed court is located in an existing level area of the lot that has very little if any vegetation.
