NATURE OF PROPOSED PROJECT
Describe in detail the nature of the proposed project, including what aspects of the project require a Site
Plan Review:
This project consists of additions to and remodeling of the existing single family
residence at 15 Caballeros Road. The project proposes 171 sq. ft. of additional structural
lot coverage, plus the conversion of 809 sq. ft. of covered porch and 350 sq. ft. of service
yard to living space. The existing driveway will be removed and replaced with a gravel
drive. A 970 sq. ft. basement will be constructed. All new living area will be located
within the existing building footprint, with the exception of 171 sq. ft. Some construction
will take place within the 50' front yard setback. Proposed structural lot coverage is
24.2%, an increase of 0.5% over the existing 23.7%
