3. To obtain a City permit and conform to the Building Code of the City of Rolling Hills.
4. To call the Association Inspector for the following inspections:
(1) Staking (2) Grading (3) Foundation (4) Framing
5. To do no grading, paving, construction or planting of any kind in easements.
6. TO PAINT ALL EXTERIOR SURFACES WHITE USING .APPROVED WHITE PAINT WHICH
CONTAINS NO TINTING; trim color to be submitted for approval.
7. To not occupy residence until final approval is given.
