The City of Rolling Hills does not collect a fee for over-the-counter review. Building permit fees will be assessed at the time the project is submitted to the Department of Building and Safety. Page 2 of 17 412016 PLAN SUBMITTAL PROCESS It is recommended that the property owner, applicant and/or applicants' representative meet with staff prior to submitting a request for administrative approval to review the application process and the information required for submittal. Current survey, photos of the entire property, certified site plan/elevation plan, structural and impervious surface coverage calculations & other information, if requested, must be submitted. (See Checklist for Plan Submittal). 1. Submit a minimum of two sets of plans using the CHECKLIST as a guide. 2. After approval of the project by the City and RHCA, plans and appropriate specifications, calculations, conditions, etc. are to be submitted to Building and Safety Department (County or Willdan Engineering) for plan check and issuance of permits. 9.
