Please note that this Ordinance may affect the progress of the plans you have submitted becauseit stipulates that a minimum of 1,000 sq.ft. must be set aside for horsekeeping'facilities (a minimum of 450 sq.ft. for stable and 550 sq. ft. for corral). The Ordinance further states that the stable and corral must be located on property having a slope of no greater than 4:1, and that the stable foot print will be included in calculation of structural coverage of the lot.
