708A, Rear yard determination for us, Resolutions & Approval ConditionsRESOLUTION NO. 2005-25 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS GRANTING A REAR YARD DETERMINATION FOR AN EXISTING LOT IN ZONING CASE NO. 708A, AT 25 PORTUGUESE BEND ROAD (LOT 89-A-RH), (CHO). THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. An application was duly filed by Mr. and Mrs. Philip Cho with respect to real property located at 25 Portuguese Bend Road (Lot 89-A-RH) requesting a revised determination from the Planning Commission in respect to the location of the rear yard. Section 2. On April 18, 2000 the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 2000-09 determining the front, side and rear yards on subject property. The rear yard was determined to be located at the north side of the lot at the northern terminus of Pheasant Lane. Section 3. The Planning Commission considered the request at a duly noticed meeting held on July 19, 2005 and at a field trip visit on August 16, 2005. The applicants were notified of the meetings in writing by a first class mail. Evidence was heard and presented from all persons interested in affecting said proposal and from members of the City staff and the Planning Commission having reviewed, analyzed and studied the request. The applicants and their representatives were in attendance at the meetings. Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby determines that the rear yard is located at the northwesterly side of the property, along Pheasant Lane, and the north side of the property at the northern terminus of Pheasant Lane, previously determined to be the rear yard is the side yard. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Mr. and Mrs. Phillip V. Cho made a request to the Planning Commission to determine the location of the front yard with respect to a 6.63 acre lot . located at 25 Portuguese Bend Road (Lot 89-A-RH), Rolling Hills, *here there is a single family residence. Section 2. The Planning Commission considered the request at duly noticed meetings held on February 15, 2000 and March 21, 2000, and at a field trip visit on March 11, 2000. The applicants were notified of the meeting in writing by first class mail. Evidence was heard and presented from all persons interested in affecting said proposal and from members of the City staff and the Planning Commission having reviewed, analyzed and studied the request. The applicants and the applicants' representatives were in attendance at the meetings. Section 3. The Planning Commission hereby determines that the front yard is located at the south side of the lot that fronts the north side of Portuguese Bend Road, that the rear yard is located at the north side of the lot at the northern terminus of Pheasant Lane, and that all other yards are side yards.
