The City Council held a public hearing on subject zoning case on October 10, 2005 at which time the Council heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Council and interested parties with the topography and size of the lot, placement of the proposed uses, and to view the silhouette of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular City Council public hearing, described below. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the 10/10/05 meeting on subject application prior to the site visit.
