53, Construct a stable in the fron, Resolutions & Approval Conditions• BEFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of the Application of ROBERT H. VOLK ) ) Lot 53, Eastfield Tract, RS 58 -6/10 ) ZONING CASE NO. 53 FINDINGS AND FORMAL REPORT The application of Robert H. Volk, Lot 53, Eastfield Tract, for a front yard variance, came on for hearing on the 23rd day of February, 1965, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. at the City Hall of the City of Rolling Hills, California, and the applicant having submitted evidence in support of his application, the Planning Commission, being advised, now makes its Findings and Formal Report as required by the Ordinances of the City of Rolling Hills, California. I. The Commission finds that the applicant, Robert H. Volk, is the owner of that certain', real property described as Lot 53, Eastfield Tract, located in the City of Rolling Hills, California,. and that notice of the public hearing in connection with said application was given as required by Sections 8.06 and 8.07 of OrdinancerNo. 33 of the City of Rolling Hills, Calif. II. The Commission further finds that no person appeared at said public hearing in opposition to the application for a variance, and that no evidence was received by the Commission in opposition thereto. • The Commission further finds that the stable and riding ring_of the resident of the applicant is to be located in the front yard as defined in Ordinance No. 33, and further findsthat by reason of the terrain of said Lot 53 the variance should be granted to applicant in order to preserve substantial property rights possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, and that the granting ofsuch variance will not be materially detri- mental to the public welfare or injurious to property in the same vicinity and zone. IV. From the foregoing it is concluded that a variance should be granted by the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills to Robert H. Volk of Lot 53, Eastfield Tract, in accordance with the plot plan marked Exhibit I on file in these proceedings, and it is, therefore, so ordered. Dated March 5, 1965.
