377, Construct a tennis court, ApplicationV { CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT • CITY OF ROLLING HILLS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Z 319 Certain uses of property are permitted in the City only upon approval of a Conditional Use Permit. Such uses are set forth in Sections 17.16.010 and 17.20.010 of the Municipa Code. Assign a number to each name on the list. This information must be as it appears on the latest available assessment roll of the Los Angeles County Assessor. This list shall be certified to be true and correct (complete Certified Property Owner's Affidavit). An inaccurate or incomplete list is cause for removal of the case from the agenda or to require a rehearing of the case. REGULAR MEETINGS Once an application has been accepted as complete by the City, a hearing will be set bef the Planning Commission.
