The Commission finds that the applicant, Mr. Orrin Pollock, is the owner of that certain real property described as Lot 170C-6-MS, located at 5 Morgan Lane in the City of Rolling Hills, and that notice of the public hearing in connection with said application was given as required by Section 17.32.080 of the Municipal Code of the City of Rolling Hills, California. The applicant has requested the construction of a 780 square foot guest house on property located at 5 Morgan Lane. The applicant was reminded of the conditions of approval for a guest house as set forth in a memorandum dated March 18, 1980.
