SUBJECT: Zoning Case No. 338 - Orrin Pollock, 5 Morgan Lane
RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning Commission approved Zoning Case No. 338. Staff
recommended approval of said zoning case.
BACKGROUND:
Mr. Orrin Pollock, 5 Morgan Lane, applied for a Conditional
Use Permit to allow for the construction of a guest house on his
property. The Planning Commission held two public hearings, and
conducted an on -site field investigation, before deciding to approve
Zoning Case No. 338. The Rolling Hills Community Association
Architectural Committee has approved the architecture of the primary
residential building, as well as the architecture for the 780 square
foot guest house. The location of the guest house on the subject
property meets all the requirements of the City's Zoning Ordinance.
A copy of the Planning Commissions Findings and Report are included
for your information.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with this matter.
