Pursuant to the authority and criteria contained in the California
Enxi�onme� Quality Act (CEQA) and the CEQA Guidelines of the City of

NEGATIVE DECLARATION.

Project Description:
REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A POOL CABANA AND
REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A TENNIS COURT.
Findings of Exemption (attach required findings):
The Planning Commission finds that there is no evidence that the construction of
a retaining wall and tennis court in the side yard will have an effect on
endangered or threatened species of plants and animals.
The Planning Commission finds that the construction of a retaining wall and
tennis court in the side yard will not have an effect on wetlands and that water
courses will not be eliminated or 'converted.
The Planning Commission has determined that the proposed tennis court will not
have a significant adverse impact on the environment and has adopted a Negative
Declaration consistent with the provisions of the California Environmental
Quality Act (CEQA).
Certification:
I hereby certify that the lead agency has made the above findings of fact
and that based upon the initial study and hearing record the project will not
individually or cumulatively have an adverse effect on wildlife resources, as
defined in Section 711.2 of the Fish and Game Code.
