pursuant to the action by the Planning Commission. The Findings
and Report and the recorded Acceptance Form are to be retained
in your file on the property. When the final plan has been signed
by the City Manager you are authorized to issue the required permit.

Subject: Zoning Case NO. 338
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section
17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a Conditional Use
Permit for construction of a guest house, was approved by the
Rolling Hills Planning Commission on December 16, 1986. A formal
report of the Planning Commission, as required by Section 17.32.086
of the Municipal Code, is contained in the minutes of the proceedings
before the Commission. A copy of the minutes and a copy of conditions
of approval for guest houses/servants' quarters are also enclosed.
The Planning Commission's action was reported to the City Council
at a regular meeting on Monday, January 12, 1987, pursuant to
Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Since no action was taken
by the Council regarding the approval, the decision of the Planning
Commission has been ratified by the City Council, and the Conditional
Use Permit for construction as shown on a plan submitted for
Zoning Case No. 338, is approved.
An acceptance form as required by Ordinance No. 207 is enclosed.
When the Affidavit of Acceptance, duly executed and recorded, has
been returned to the City, the Los Angeles County Department of
Building and Safety will be notified that building permits can be
issued. Please call this office if you have any questions.
