The Department of Public Works "Geotechnical Site Inspection" review is intended to preliminarily tell you if readily apparent conditions indicate that a geology or soils report may be required and/or to tentatively indicate possible conditions that may have to be met prior to issuance of a permit. Any comments, determinations, opinions or other statements concerning the property which are contained in this review sheet are tentative and subject to change. Additional data may be brought to the Department's attention which may materially affect and/or supersede statements made herein. Because of the very limited nature of the review conducted by this Department, any statements made in this review sheet are not binding on this Department and are not to be relied upon by anyone in deciding whether to build on or buy any property. Further review requires submittal of a permit application for Grading and/or Building. Prepared by _ __ ller A.
