COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
In the Matter of the Application
of

Lot 29 GF
ZONING CASE NO. 88
FINDING AND FORMAL REPORT
The application of Dr. David Hubbell, Lot 290F, Georgeff Tract,

by the Ordinances of the City of Rolling Hills, California.
10
The Commission finds that the applicant, Dr. David Hubbell, is
theowner of that certain real property described as Lot 29GF, Georgeff
Tract, located in the City of Rolling Hills, California, and that
notice -of the public'hearing in connection with said. application was
given as required by -Sections 8.06 and 8.07 of Ordinance No. 33 of
the City of Rolling Hills, California.
- The Commission further finds that no person appeared at said
.public hearing in opposition to the application for a variance, and
that no evidence was received by the Commission in opposition thereto.
1110
The Commission further finds that in order to build a house Of
a'Suitable size on view lot, the service yard must project 8'
into the side yard; to move the house to allow for the service yard
adjacent -to the house without projecting into the 20' side yard would
result in. loss of the.view, and to locate it further to the rear -of
the property would result :in having. it nearer to the residence on
the adjoining property, and further finds that by reason of the terrain
of said Lot 29GF Georgeff Tract, a variance of 8° of side yard
requirements should be granted to applicant in order to preserve
substantial property rights possessed by other property in the same
vicinity and zone, and that the granting of such variance will not
be materially detrimental to the public welfare nor injurious to
property in the same vicinity and zone.
IV.

granted by the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills to
Dr, David Hubbell, Lot 29GF, Georgeff Tract, in accordance with the

therefore, so ordered.
