Broadway, 6=C Redondo Beach, Ca. 90277 March 17, 1981 PLANNING COMMISSION Jody Murdock, Chairman re: conditional use permit application The construction of guest house/servant facilities down/slope from the main building would necessitate installation of an addi- tional septic tank/cesspool. It is not only the installation of this cesspool and septic tank in this fragile soil, but also poten- tial danger of future erosion, which concerns me deeply. The soil on both sides of Georgeff Canyon is known to be unstable, as witnessed by intermittent erosions over the years. I recom- mend that the application for a use permit be rejected.
