Dear Planning Commission Members and Staff,
At this time, we have decided not to move forward with the garage modification (209.28 sq ft. addition)
for our residence at 15 Georgeff. We would, however, like to continue moving forward with
implementing the updated parking pad and all other details presented in the original Variance
Application.
We look forward to welcoming you to review the parking pad location and site on December 12th at 7:40
am. If you have any questions or need anything further on this matter you can call the Landscape
Architect, Deborah Richie-Bray, at 310-377-5868.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely yours,
Deborah
