NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing
at a field trip on Wednesday, December 12. 2018 at 15 Georgeff Road, Rolling Hills, CA at
approximately 7:45 a.m. for the purpose of receiving public input regarding the following:
ZONING CASE NO. 948, Request for Site Plan Review for grading and
Variances to modify an existing driveway, including export of dirt, to
create an approximately 200 square foot parking pad witin the front yard
setback and within 30 feet of the roadway easement and create a new front
walkway and planting area, and to allow an approximately 220 square foot
garage addition and new approximately 125 square foot trash area both in
the front yard setback. The subject property is located at 15 Georgeff Road
(Lot 29-GF) Rolling Hills, CA, (Laura Hatch).
The project has been determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Site Plan Review -
Chapter 17.46, and Variance - Chapter 17.38
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the public
hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road,
Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing
to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and address the
Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning
Commission at, or prior to, the public hearings.
The Planning Commission will continue the public hearing and will discuss and
deliberate this project at their evening meeting, scheduled on Wednesday, December 12,
