Variance to construct a garage, which would encroach into the front setback and Variance to exceed the maximum permitted disturbed lot area at an existing single family residence. The Planning Commission's schedule is to visit another property beginning at 5:30 PM on that day, and then proceed to 1 Meadowlark Lane. Therefore, expect the Commission at this address around 6:00 PM, unless due to unforeseen circumstances the field trip to the other property is cancelled or delayed. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on May 18, 2004, at which time the Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commission and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing, described below. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the 5/18/04 Planning Commission meeting on subject application prior to the site visit.
