NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the
field at a site located at 3 Meadowlark Lane. The public hearing and site visit will take place
on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at 8:00 A.M. for the purpose of receiving public input regarding
the following:
ZONING CASE NO. 779. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Weinstein, 3 Meadowlark Lane
(Lot 19-RH). A request for a Site Plan Review for grading of 2,178 cubic yards of
dirt; construction of a new 3,054 square foot residence, with 600 square foot
garage, a 2,106 square foot basement and 410 square foot swimming pool;
request for Variances to allow a portion of the garage to encroach into the front
yard setback, to allow a motor court to cover more than allowed area of the front
setback and to construct a not to exceed 5-foot high wall in the front setback.

set aside an area for a future stable and corral. The lot is currently vacant. Project
has been determined to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality
Act, (CEQA).
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.46 — Site Plan Review
and Chapter 17.38 — Variances.
Any person is welcome to review the subject applications and plans prior to the public
hearing at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road,
Rolling Hills. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing to the
Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and address the Planning
Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of these permit applications in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning
Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Planning Commission will continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their regular
meeting, scheduled to be held on the evening of the field triv, , Tuesdau, April 20, 2010, beginning
at 6:30 v.m. in the Citu Hall Council Chambers.
