Yard and Front Yard Requirements
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Evenson:
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to
Section 17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a
request for variances for a residence addition on a non -conforming
structure which would extend the existing encroachment into the
required front and side yard setbacks on Lot 95-A-EF was presented
to the City Council on November 9, 1987. The Council voted
to ratify the Planning Commission's approval of the request on
October 20, 1987.
A copy of the Findings and Report for Zoning Case No. 347
is enclosed for your information. An acceptance form, as required
by Ordinance No. 207, is also enclosed. Please complete the
form, have the signature(s) notarized, and forward the document
to the Office of the County Recorder, Room 15, 227 North Broadway,
Los Angeles, CA 90012 with a check in the amount of $7.00. When
the Affidavit of Acceptance has been returned to the City, duly
executed and recorded, the Los Angeles County Department of
Building and Safety will be notifed that a'permit can be issued.

to the requirements of the Municipal Code, Section 17.32.140.
