A public hearing on subject zoning case was held by the City Council on January 13, 2003 at which time the Council heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Council and interested parties with the site, topography, size and placement of the proposed project. Although plans will be available at the site, detailed review of the project is not anticipated, as this case was first introduced to the City Council on January 13, 2003. The City Council will not make a decision on this case during the field trip. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the previous City Council meeting on subject application prior to the site visit.
