The undersigned, Cheryl C. Jow, of legal age, being first duly sworn, deposes
and states:
1. On December 6, 1989 William M. Jow and Rose R. Jow, as Trustors
and William M. Jow and Rose R. Jow, as Trustees, executed the Declaration of Trust of the
Jow Family Trust. On May 3, 1995 William M. Jow and Rose R. Jow, as Trustors and
William M. Jow and Rose R. Jow, as Trustees, executed the Second Amendment to and
Complete Restatement of the Declaration of Trust of the Jow Family Trust.
2. Pursuant to Subparagraph (b) of Paragraph 2.2 of Part II of the Second
Amendment to and Complete Restatement of the Declaration of Trust of the Jow Family
Trust, upon the death, resignation or incapacity of both initial Trustees, then Cheryl C. Jow
and William M. Jow, Jr. shall serve as sole Trustee.
3. William M. Jow died on June 20, 1997. Rose R. Jow died on July 2,
2001, as evidenced by the certified copy of her Certificate of Death attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
4. The decedent named in the attached certified copy of the Certificate of
Death is the same person as Rose R. Jow named as Trustee of the Trust and is the same
person as one of the parties in that certain Individual Grant Deed dated July 18, 1991
executed by William Jow and Rose Jow to William M. Jow and Rose R. Jow, Trustees of
the Jow Family Trust, recorded November 5, 1991, as Instrument Number 91-1752309
