ZONING CASE NO. 651 — A request for a lot line adjustment between 2 Cinchring Road and 4 Cinchring Road, whereby 10,123 square feet of property belonging to 4 Cinchring Road is proposed to be transferred to 2 Cinchring Road. A public hearing on subject zoning case was held by the Planning Commission on May 21, 2002, at which time the Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commission and interested parties with the topography, size and placement of the proposed project, and to view the silhouette (outline) of the proposed structure. Although plans will be available at the site, detailed review of the project is not anticipated. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing, described below. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the 5/21/02 Planning Commission meeting on subject application prior to the site visit.
