Hills in the following zoning case: ZONING CASE NO. 679 Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wallace, a request for grading to enlarge a patio, to construct a retaining wall and detached trellises at an existing single family residence. The Planning Commission's schedule is to visit five other properties beginning at 8:00 AM on that day, and then proceed to 16 Cinchring Road. Therefore, do not expect the Commission at this address before 9:15 AM, unless due to unforeseen circumstances the field trip to any of the other properties is cancelled or delayed. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on December 16, 2003, at which time the Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commission and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing, described below. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the 12/16/03 Planning Commission meeting on subject application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. The Planning Commission will hold an additional meeting regarding Zoning Case No. 679 on Tuesday, Tanuary 20, 2004, at 7:30 PM., at City Hall. Please reserve this date.
