Dear Mr. Colyear:
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section
17.32.090 of the.aolling Hills Municipal Code, that a Conditional Use
Permit for construction of a tennis court on Lot 241A-MS located at
35 Crest Road West was approved by the Planning Commission at a regular
meeting on Tuesday, May 15, 1984, subject to conditions for tennis
court which were given to your architect, Mr. George Shaw. A formal
report of the Planning Commission as required by Section 17.32.086 of
the Municipal Code is contained within the minutes of the proceedings
before the Commission.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills reviewed the action
of the Planning Commission at a regular meeting on Monday, June 11,
1984, pursuant to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Since no
action was taken by the Council regarding the Conditional Use Permit,
the Planning Commission's approval has been ratified by the City
Council.

Dear Mr. Colyear:
This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section
17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a Conditional
Use Permit for construction of.a tennis court on Lot 241A-MS located
at 35 Crest Road West was approved on Tuesday, May 15, 1984 by the
Rolling Hills. Planning Commission, subject to standard conditions
for tennis courts, including landscaping for screening, and that a
bond be required to guarantee growth of the landscaping. The stan-
dard conditions for tennis courts have been given to Mr. Shaw, your
architect.
This notice shall serve asa copy of the decision of the Plan-
ning Commission. A formal report of the Planning Commission's action
as required by Section 17.32.086 of. the Municipal Code is contained
in the minutes of the proceedings before the Commission.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills will be reviewing
the action of the Planning Commission on Monday, June 11, 1984 at
7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall pursuant to
Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code of the City of Rolling Hills
to determine whether the action of the Planning Commission should be
appealed by the Council.
