Conditional Use Permit Request for Riding Ring
1. Zoning ordinance requires that where there is no easement the
side yard must be 20 feet from the side lot line. The east
corner of the ring has grading 5 feet from the side property line.
2. Proximity of ring to residences to the north is very close.
3. Indicated location of future pool pad, future stable pad, and
proposed riding ring seems to be incompatible usage. Is
clustering of facilities good design?
4. Disposal of water with 4-inch drain line down the proposed road-
way to the future stable and proposed riding ring, to be disposed
of at the easement line on the east side of the property appears
inadequate.
5. The use of a riprap just above a bridle trail easement is not
acceptable drainage. .
6. Plan indicated a wall on the pool side which inspector indicates
is in place. Walls indicated on stable pad have not been con-
structed. Plans should accurately reflect what has been con-
structed and what is proposed construction.
