With Mrs. Kaufman as guide, all aspects of the development were seen. The riding ring is fully padded with luxuriant growth, with rain birds appropriately mounted on the fencing. All slopes were fully planted (some newly planted) with Baccharis Pilularis, as indicated on the landscape plans, and completely. irrigated. Mrs. Kaufman indicated a willingness to include on the slopes some native low -growing shrubs to ameliorate the harshness of the cut slope. If I.can be of further help, please let me know.
