SUBJECT: NOTICE TO CORRECT - INSTALLATION OF SATELLITE DISH ANTENNA ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 62 CREST ROAD EAST
Dear Mr. Frame:
It has come to the City's attention that installation of a satellite dish
antenna on the above -stated property deviates from approved plans on file
with the City. The approved plans called for planting of landscape
screening prior to the installation of the antenna. A field investigation
by the City on June 22, 1990 has confirmed the deviations from the
approved plans.
This letter serves to inform you of the requirements of the approved plans
and to instruct you to resolve this matter by June 29, 1990. Should you
have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
Sincerely,
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS

Recently, City staff has spoken with your landscape contractor, Mr. Jim
Dykzeul of Rancho Verdes Landscaping, regarding the limitations on
landscape growth for the property located at 62 Crest Road East. As you
are aware, conditions set forth in the subdivision and site plan review
approvals from the City for the property stated that the maximum height of
any structure constructed and landscaping installed would not exceed above
the elevation line of 1,402 feet. Staff has requested that all approved
landscaping plans on file be amended to include a note specifying that any
new landscaping will not exceed said elevation line of 1,402 feet.
Completion of the requested modification to the plan should be confirmed
with your representative.
Thank you for your cooperation on this matter. Should you have any
further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
