CALIF. 90274 (213) 377-1521 April 9, 1985 Subject: Zoning Case No. 310 This letter is to serve as official notice, pursuant to Section 17.32.090 of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code, that a Conditional Use Permit for construction of a cabana; a Variance of side yard setback requirements for the cabana and a Variance to permit encroachment into the front yard setback for a residence addition were approved by the Rolling Hills Planning Commission on Tuesday, March 19, 1985. A formal report of the Planning Commission as required by Section 17.32.086 of the Municipal Code is contained in the minutes of the proceedings be- fore the Commission. A copy of the minutes and a copy of conditions of approval for guest houses/servants' quarters are enclosed. Condi- tions which apply to guest houses and servants' quarters are also ap- plicable to cabanas. The Planning Commission's action was reported to the City Council at a regular meeting on Monday, April 8, 1985, pursuant to Section 17.32.140 of the Municipal Code. Since no action was taken by the Council regarding the approvals, the decision of the Planning Commis- sion has been ratified by the City Council, and the Conditional Use Permit and Variances for construction as shown on a plan submitted for Zoning Case No. 310 are approved. An acceptance form as required by Ordinance No. 207 is enclosed. When the Affidavit of Acceptance, duly executed and recorded, has been returned to the City, the Los Angeles County Department of Building and Safety will be notified that building permits can be issued.
