NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
PLANNING, COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning
Commission of the City of Rolling Hills will hold a Public
Hearing In the field at a nrgoerty located at 63 Crest
fined East. at7:3D am on Tuesday. Mav 19. 2015 for
the purpose of receiving public input.regarding the fol-
lowing:
ZONING CASE NO, 882. Request for a Site Plan
Review for 2,000 cubic yards of grading (total cut
and fill), to construct a 1,540 square foot swimming
Pool, 400 square foot above grade deck and retain-
ing walls and a Variance to encroach with a portion
of the swimming pool and retaining walls into the
side yard setback in zoning case No. 882 at 63
Crest Road East (Lot 70-B-2-MS), Rolling Hills,
.CA, (Ritter). Project has been determined to be
exempt from the California Environmental Quality
Act, (CEQA).
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE:
Chapter 17,38 — Variances and Chapter 17.46 — Site
Plan Review
Any person is welcome to review the subject application
and plans prior to the public hearing at the City Hall
Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend
Road, Rolling Hills., We welcome your input. You may
provide your comments in writing to the Planning
Department prior to the meeting or come to the field trip
I and subsequent meeting and address the Planning
Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit
application in court, you may be limited to raising only
those issues you or someone else raised at the public
hearing described in this notice, or in written correspon-
dence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior
to, the public hearings.
Following the field trip, the Planning Commission will
continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their
regular meeting, scheduled to be held on Tuesday.. May
19. 2015. beafnnina at 6:30 o.m. in the City Hall _Council
Chambers. 2 Portuauese Bend Road. Rolling Hills, CA.
