Portuguese Bend Road, (Lot 118-RH), Rolling Hills, CA.
Request for a Site Plan Review for grading, construction of
a two-story stable (1,145 square feet each story), construc-
tion of a solid roof covered patio and two spas; Conditional
Use Permit for a two-story stable and Variances to locate
the stable in the front setback on a lot with double frontage,
and for higher than permitted wall in the front setback. The
project hasbeen determined to be categorically exempt
pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA).

and plans prior to the public hearing at the City Hall
Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend
Road, Rolling Hills, CA. We welcome your input. You may
provide your comments in writing to the Planning Department
prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and address the
Planning Commission on this project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit appli-
cation in court, you may be limited to raising only those
issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence deliv-
ered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public
hearing.
