Planning Commission will meet in a special session at
5:00 P.M. Friday, December 2, 1983 in the Council Chambers
of the City Hall/Administration Building, 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California for the purpose of
conducting.a Public Hearing to consider an application for
a Variance for Front Yard encroachment for a residence

SUBJECT: Public Hearing to consider request for Front Yard
encroachment - Variance, Zoning Case No. 290
PROPERTY SIZE
AND LOCATION:
16 Eastfield Drive, Rolling Hills, California.
It is proposed to add onto the front of the existing,
residential structure approximately twenty (20')feet
toward the roadway.
SPECIFIC REQUEST: To encroach into the front setback for a garage
addition and conversion. The residential structure
currently has a front setback of seventy two (72')
feet, and it is proposed to reduce this to fifty two
(52') feet.
MUNICIPAL CODE
APPLICATION:
Title 17 - Zoning, of the Rolling Hills Municipal
Code. Proposal to deviate from Section 17.08.270
(front setback definition used in the RA-S Zoning
District) via Variance procedure (Section 17.32.010).
