The Planning Commission's timetable is to visit another property beginning at 5:30 P.M., and then proceed to subject site. Therefore, it is expected that the Planning Commission will arrive at this property around 5:50-6:00 P.M., unless unforeseen circumstances at the other property dictate otherwise. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on April 19, 2005, at which time the Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commission and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing, described below. You are urged to review the application, plans and minutes of the 4/ 19 / 05 Planning Commission meeting on subject application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. After the field trip, the next meeting of the Planning Commission will take place on the same night, Tuesday, May 17, 2005, at 6:30 P.M., at which time the Commission will further discuss and deliberate this case.
