Request for a Site Plan Review for grading and construction of a swimming pool and a stable and a Variance to exceed the maximum permitted disturbed area of the lot at a property where a single family residence is under construction. The Planning Commission held public hearings on subject zoning case on November 16, 2004 and February 15, 2005, at which time the Planning Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the field trip is to familiarize the Commissioners and interested parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project. Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony. However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing described below. We urge you to review the application, plans and minutes of the previous meetings on subject application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA. After the field trip, the next meeting of the Planning Commission will take place on Tuesday, March 15. 2005, at 6:30 P.M., at which time the Commission will further discuss and deliberate this case.
