The PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Rolling Hills will conduct a field
inspection on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at 4:00 P.M. to view a proposed project at
20 Eastfield Drive in the following zoning case:
ZONING CASE NO. 694
Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Dyer, 20 Eastfield Drive. Request for a Site Plan Review for
grading and construction of a swimming pool and a stable and a Variance to
exceed the maximum permitted disturbed area of the lot at a property where a
single family residence is under construction.
The Planning Commission held public hearings on subject zoning case on
November 16, 2004 and February 15, 2005, at which time the Planning
Commission heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose of the
field trip is to familiarize the Commissioners and interested parties with the
location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony.
However, due to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and
comments will be considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing
described below. We urge you to review the application, plans and minutes of
the previous meetings on subject application prior to the site visit. These and
other pertinent documents are available at the City Hall Administration Building
located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
After the field trip, the next meeting of the Planning Commission will take place
on Tuesday, March 15. 2005, at 6:30 P.M., at which time the Commission will
further discuss and deliberate this case.

FIELD TRIP DUE TO LACK OF QUORUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the field trip meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Rolling Hills scheduled for 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday,
October 19, 2004 at 20 Eastfield Drive was adjourned due to lack of quorum.
It is anticipated that this case will be considered by the Planning Commission at
their regular meeting on November 16, 2004 at 6:30 p.m., at which time the
Planning Commission will schedule a field trip to subject site for another day.
