NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission will conduct a field visit on
Tuesday. April 7, 2009 at 4:00 PM to view a proposed project at 13 Outrider Road in the
following zoning case:
ZONING CASE NO. 768. Mrs. Hang Ja Yoo, 13 Outrider Road (Lot 94-A-EF).
Request for a Variance to exempt the property owner from the requirement that a set
aside area for a stable and corral be provided on a lot in order to construct an addition to
the existing single family residence.
The project has been determined to be categorically exempt pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on subject zoning case on March 17, 2009 at
which time the Commissioners heard a detailed presentation of the proposal. The purpose
of the field trip is to familiarize the members of the Planning Commission and interested
parties with the location, topography, size and extent of the proposed project.
Any person is welcome to attend this field trip and provide public testimony. However, due
to time constraint during the field visit, extensive testimony and comments will be
considered at the regular Planning Commission public hearing described below. We urge
you to review the application, plans and minutes of the previous meeting on subject
application prior to the site visit. These and other pertinent documents are available at the
City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission
at, or prior to, the public hearing.
The Planning Commission will continue the vublic hearing to their regular meeting, scheduled to be
held on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 beginning at 6:30 v.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 2
Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA.
