NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission of the City of Rolling Hills will
hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at 7:30 am at 13 Outrider Road, Rolling
Hills, to view the site of proposed development for the following zoning case:
ZONING CASE NO. 884. Request for a Site Plan Review for the proposed remodel and
addition, and construction of a pool equipment enclosure on a property with restricted
development condition, and for grading an existing driveway and adjoining areas and
Variances to locate said equipment enclosure within the "front yard" area of the site, to exceed
the allowed amount of lot disturbance resulting from grading; and to construct a retaining wall,
a portion of which will be within the side yard for an existing residence located at 13 Outrider
Road, (Lot 94-A-EF), Rolling Hills, CA, (Hang Ja Yoo).
The project has been determined to be categorically exempt from the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as a minor addition to an existing residence pursuant to
Section 15301.e of the CEQA Guidelines.
APPLICATIONS REQUIRED BY MUNICIPAL CODE: Chapter 17.38 - Variances and Chapter
17.46 - Site Plan Review
Any person is welcome to review the subject application and plans prior to the public hearing at
the City Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills. We
welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing to the Planning Department
prior to the hearing or come to the hearing and address the Planning Commission on this
project.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this permit application in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this
notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the
public hearing.
The Planning Commission will continue to discuss and deliberate this case at their regular meeting,
scheduled on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers,
