of the City of Rolling Hills, California will hold a public
hearing at 7:30 P.M. Tuesday, February 17, 1976 in the
Council Chambers of the Administration Building,

issuance of a conditional use permit under ARTICLE III,
Section 3.06, Front Yard Requirements, Ordinance No. 33
for construction of a trellis sun shade and barn in the
front yard of Lot 35-FT to Dr. Larry Kelly, 2 Pinto Road
in the City of Rolling Hills, County of Los Angeles,
State of California.
