Section. An As -Built Geologic Map must be included in the final geology report. Submit report for approval for issuance
of building permit. Provide a final report statement that verifies work • was done in accordance with report
recommendations and code provisions (Section 7021-3),
5. Per the geotechnical report dated 5/9/00 the keyway for the proposed buttress must extend below the "clay layer' as
depicted in the referenced geotechnical reports and discussed in the previous geologic review sheets generated by this
office. The consultant engineering geologist must verify that this "clay layer" has been encountered.
6. The buttress and subdrain system must conform with the recommendations of the geotechnical consultants (see
referenced reports above).
D.O. Note: Based upon information obtained from DAPTS it appears as if Building Permits for the proposed Grade Beams and Piles
have been approved by D.0.12 and the work has been completed and inspected. If this is not the case please advise this office
ASAP.
